a rainy sunrise
the last storm system that past through the northern sierra brought mostly rain, and lots of it, to the lower elevations. i was skeptical about waking early for sunrise, but decided to get up anyways. i walk with an umbrella in the rain so as to not soak all my camera gear but lucky for me the down pour stopped and the sun actually gave some light to the horizon. tahoe city california
